Transmittals to City Council
Transmittals are official communications sent from City Departments, via the Mayor’s Office, to the City Council. These documents include information, recommendations, and/or responses to requests on a given issue, question, or concern. As part of the Transparency for a Collaborative Government Initiative, the Administration and City Council are making these documents easily available on this site. It is the City’s hope that these documents will facilitate increased public involvement by assisting constituents to gain a greater understanding of the Administration's activities and upcoming discussions being considered by the City Council.
Please note, the transmittals
are forwarded to the City Council Office from the Administration. However, each of these is subject to City Council review and time availability on upcoming Council agendas. To find dates for public hearings, please refer to City Council agendas
